Why were we on the programme?
It’s one thing recruiting people. It’s vital that once recruited we help people stay in the business. When changing texture of a business, the expectations and needs change too. Supporting people to remain is a big part of recruitment and changing the company culture and industry is hard work, that everyone involved needs to support and be supported with. We work hard on equality, diversity and inclusion through the training we do and the continuous development we give individuals.
