Atomic Smash help companies with a strategy and design of web presence, and provide long-term web support. Clients include Arts and Cultural organisations and corporates e.g. Festival of Ideas/ Pride/ Knowle West Media Centre/ and corporates like Sawdays and Law firms. We’re keen to source and support local and international talent that better represents our city and population.
Why were we on the programme?
Our big aim is to hire and support more diverse talent, including people of colour in Bristol and beyond. We can work flexibly, including remotely, and don’t want to create any tokenism. The Inclusion Programme has been a great way to help us explore how to better structure and support our inclusion work, whilst aligning action with our business goals, intentions and values.
